Regular Undergraduate/College Students with full load and at least one semester tenure at the University.

• 100% for GWA of 1 to 1.20; No grade lower than 1.5
• 75% for GWA of 1.21 to 1.40; No grade lower than 1.75
• 50% for GWA of 1.41 to 1.60; No grade lower than 2.0
• 25% for GWA of 1.61 to 1.75; No grade lower than 2.0

• Certificate of Good Moral/No disciplinary record
• Copy of Grades; No grades lower than the stated in the Qualifications section. Grades will be ranked in the order of highest to lowest to give priority to those who have excelled more, academically.
• Scholarship Application Essay
• Panel Interview with the Scholarships and Grants Committee (for special case, Dean to be invited if needed)
• For new applicants, must pass the Scholarship Examination

• Scholarship will be forfeited if grades are not maintained, or if the student shifts out or takes a LOA
• Slots can be added upon the recommendation of the Dean, with unanimous vote of the whole Scholarships and Grants Committee, subject to the Executive Committee’s approval
• For Filipino students only
• Yearly application, based on the 2nd semester grades

Regular students who are part of the Top 10 of the batch with at least 50 students, limited only to “With Highest Honor”

• Certificate of Good Moral/No disciplinary record
• Copy of Certificate of Honors obtained issued by the Principal’s Office
• Copy of Report Card and Grades from the previous school year
• Scholarship Application Essay
• Letter of Recommendation from Principal
• For new applicants, must pass the Scholarship Examination

• Scholarship will be forfeited if the student transfers or takes a LOA
• For Filipino students only

MCU graduates “With Highest Honor” or “With High Honor” that are incoming Grade 7, Grade 11, and Freshmen (1st year) College students

• Certificate of Good Moral/No disciplinary record
• Copy of Certificate of Honors obtained issued by the Principal’s Office
• Copy of Report Card and Grades from the previous school year
• Scholarship Application Essay
• Panel Interview with the Scholarships and Grants Committee (for special case, Dean to be invited if needed)
• Entrance Exam score should not be lower by the determined passing grade by the Committee.
• Must pass the Scholarship Examination

Students “With Highest Honor” that are incoming Grade 7, Grade 11, and Freshmen (1st year) College students, which came from a school or a university with at least 100 graduates

• Certificate of Good Moral/No disciplinary record
• Copy of Certificate of Honors obtained issued by the Principal’s Office
• Copy of Report Card and Grades from the previous school year
• Scholarship Application Essay
• Panel Interview with the Scholarships and Grants Committee (for special case, Dean to be invited if needed)
• Entrance Exam score should not be lower by the determined passing grade by the Committee.
• Must pass the Scholarship Examination

Students with at least one semester tenure at the University and are regular members of the Creative Arts Group and the Content Creators Group from the previous semester

• Copy of Grades; No failing grade
• Certificate of Good Moral/No disciplinary record
• Sample work/certification from CAG adviser
• Panel interview with the Committee + Adviser
• Output/Attendance commitment per semester (to maintain)
• Output commitment to Pharos publication
• Output commitment to Marketing

• No grade requirement
• Scholarship will be forfeited if the student is unable to comply with maintaining requirements
• The student must comply with student activities accreditation requirements

Students with at least 3,000 followers on any of their social media accounts

• Copy of Grades; No failing grade
• Certificate of Good Moral/No disciplinary record
• Scholarship Application Essay
• Panel interview with the Committee + Marketing and Admissions

• No grade requirement
• Must fulfill the following output commitments:
  1. Max of 5 talks per semester
  2. 1 shoot per semester
  3. Monthly content posted on their personal accounts (15 tweets, 5 IG posts, and 5 TikTok posts)
  4. Content must not be damaging to the image of the University.
• Scholarship will be forfeited if the student is unable to comply with maintaining requirements
• Slots can be added to professional programs upon recommendation of Marketing, with unanimous vote of the Scholarships and Grants Committee, subject to the Executive Committee’s approval

Incoming 3rd year and 4th year College Students who came from a family with an annual total income of not more than Php150,000

• Letter of Application for Scholarship
• ITR of both parents combined earnings should
not exceed Php150,000 per annum
• Certificate of Good Moral/No disciplinary record
• Copy of grades; with GWA not less than 2.50; No failing grade
• Copy of Registration Form
• Recommendation/Endorsement Letter of student scholarship applicant/s addressed to the Chairperson of Scholarships and Grants Committee from the College Dean

• The College must have at least 500 students to qualify one (1) Presidential Decree Scholar

Students who are dependents of Military Personnel who died or became incapacitated in line of duty

• Letter of Application for Scholarship
• Must comply with the requirements of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Educational Benefit System Office (AFPEBSO)
• Copy of grades
• Copy of Registration Form
• Recommendation/Endorsement Letter of student scholarship applicant/s addressed to the Chairperson of Scholarships and Grants Committee from the College Dean

• The University must have 2,000 or higher student population to avail the exemption from payment and matriculation fees
