NATIONAL SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM (NSTP) refers to R.A 9163 as a program that aims to serve, educate, and protect the people. In recognition of the vital role of the youth in nation-building, the state shall promote civic consciousness and defense preparedness among them. It shall develop their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well-being.
