In a significant step towards fostering collaboration and enhancing educational partnerships, a delegation from Manila Central University (MCU) recently paid a visit to H.E. Saleh Asad Saleh Fhied Mohammad, the Palestinian Ambassador to the Philippines. Led by esteemed officials, the purpose of the visit was to establish communication channels and provide updates on the educational journey of Palestinian students at MCU.
During the visit, the MCU delegation showcased the remarkable achievements and active involvement of Palestinian students in various academic and social endeavors. They engaged in productive discussions with embassy representatives, exploring avenues for future collaborations and support initiatives to further enhance the educational experience of Palestinian students.
The officials present during the visit included Dr. Renato C. Tanchoco, Jr., Vice President for Planning and External Affairs; Dr. Angelo C. Maduli, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Eivin B. Tolentino, University Registrar; Dr. Johnah Galicia, Associate Dean for Research and Advanced Dentistry Education; and Ms. Mary Grace C. Antioquia, Head of the External Relations Office. They emphasized the importance of maintaining a strong relationship with the embassy to enhance the educational partnership between the Philippines and Palestine.
