The esteemed institutions, Manila Central University (MCU) and University College of MAIWP International (UCMI), took great pleasure in announcing their official partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding last July 25, 2023.
Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, UCMI has garnered commendable recognition as a prominent educational establishment in the field of associate medical and health education since its inception as a Nursing School in 1993.
This significant collaboration heralds the initiation of the International Outbound Mobility Programme 2023, a pioneering initiative that will facilitate faculty and student exchanges, fostering meaningful academic engagements between both institutions.
The signing ceremony was graced by eminent individuals representing both MCU and UCMI. Notable attendees from MCU included Ms. Giandelu Carissa E. Santos, MCU Academic Director, Dr. Angelo Maduli, Vice President for Academic., Dr. Ferdinand A. Mortel, Dean, College of Medical Technology, Dr. Victor D. Dorongon, Head, School of Business and Management.
UCMI's dignitaries in attendance comprised of Prof. Dr. Wan Mohd Azizi Wan Sulaiman, Prof. Dr. Mohd Nazil Bin Salleh, Mr. Faris Safwan Ibrahim, Mr. Muhammad Asyraf Bin Salleh, and esteemed Faculty Members.
