Since joining the university in 2018, Spencer demonstrated an innate desire to serve others. He became an integral part of KATUWANG, the university's esteemed community service organization, and passionately dedicated himself to uplifting marginalized communities.
Spencer's natural leadership qualities and relentless spirit propelled him through the ranks within KATUWANG, ultimately assuming the position of Vice President External. In this role, he played a vital role in organizing community outreach programs and charitable initiatives.
In 2022, Spencer's outstanding commitment to community service earned him the prestigious "Best in Community Service" award during the Centralino Circle of Achievers program. This accolade celebrated not only his individual achievements but also the profound impact he had on the lives of those he served.
