On August 15, 2023, the PICC Plenary Hall bore witness to a remarkable event – Manila Central University's 111th Commencement Exercises, themed "Transforming Centralinos Beyond Limits." The atmosphere was electric as we celebrated the journey of these graduates, now equipped to face the world with unwavering determination and knowledge.
The day began with a warm welcome from Dr. Eivin B. Tolentino and Ms. Giandelu Carissa E. Santos, setting the tone for the day's festivities. Mrs. Luningning T. Estanislao's encouraging message fortified the graduates for the road ahead.
