With this MOU, both institutions agreed to collaborate in the following areas: to promote the concept of studying in Taiwan, educate talents in schools, and employ elites in enterprises to ensure a better future for talented Filipino youth. Moreover, qualified students will be encouraged to seek chances for international learning and business through a cooperative arrangement.
