The project was spearheaded by the Department of Oral Health of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and was organized by Chung Shan University. A welcome address was given by the MCU Dean of the Dentistry Department, Dr. Ma. Cristina Aurea G. Garcia along with the other university delegates. A discussion of Beyond the Dentist's Call of Duty and The Right-Hand Man, respectively, was also presented by Dr. Francisco Santiago, Jr., and Dr. Spencer Jeremiah Mateo.
The event also featured the participation of dental experts coming from other local and international institutions. Following the forum, there was a photo opportunity, and a certificate of appreciation was awarded to each participant.
