Both universities inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) last June 29, 2022, at PWU CB Hall. Present are MCU delegates: Dr. Angelo C. Maduli (VP for Academic), Dr. Renato C. Tanchoco Jr. (VP for Planning and External Affairs), and Atty. Juan Crisostomo M. Echiverri (VP for Legal and Transformation), Dr. Karina Marie S. Batu (Dean, College of Pharmacy), Prof. Manuel Balmas (Faculty, College of Pharmacy), Ms. Mary Grace C. Antioquia (External Affairs Officer). PWU delegates: Mr. Marco Alfredo Benitez (PWU President), Dr. Felina C. Young (SVP Academic Affairs), Mr. Alfredo B. Reyes (VP External Affairs), Mr. Mark Harvey B. Adamson (Program Chair, School of Pharmacy), Mr. Roland Amiel Penaloza (Faculty and Academic Coordinator), Ms. Maureen Allysandra Gamboa (Faculty and Community Engagement Coordinator), and Mr. Vieno Gino Cruz (Faculty, Research, and Graduate School Coordinator).
MCU and PWU will work hand in hand to deliver joint educational initiatives, faculty & student exchange program, exchange of learning materials, publications, & other information, collaboration on research projects, development of new programs and learning tools, and so much more based on what is mutually agreed upon.
PWU delegates, Mr. Adamson and Mr. Cruz are also graduates of MCU.
