To make the little Centralinos aware of the importance of universal brotherhood and the habit of sharing, Manila Central University-Basic Education Department (BEdD) organized a fun-filled event last October 28, 2022, with the theme United Nations International Cuisine “World Food Safety: Safer Food, Better Health.”
BEdD from Kinder 1 to Grade 10 participated in this gleeful event wherein a specific country was assigned to each class with its well-known cuisine. Moreover, children dressed in their colorful national costumes and then gave a short presentation about their prepared meals, intended to educate children about food safety. MCU expresses its admiration toward the BEdD students for highlighting their creative sides aside from academics.
The Vice President for Academic, Dr. Angelo C. Maduli, Principal of the Basic Education Department, Ms. Maria Eloisa C. Reyes and Assistant Principal of the Basic Education Department, Mr. Mark Victor Emmanuel V. Patubo, were present at this event.
