Manila Central University-College of Pharmacy (MCU-CPh) and National University (NU) Manila were proud to announce their collaboration for the upcoming academic year. The two institutions have agreed to work together in various areas of cooperation to promote excellence in education and community service.
Led by Dr. Karina Batu-Villena, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, officials from MCU-CPh and NU-Manila signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) last December 2022. The MOU includes joint research colloquia, attendance to online classes for both schools, joint community extension programs and activities, and invitations to webinars, seminars, and conferences.
The partnership between MCU-CPh and NU-Manila was expected to bring benefits to both institutions. By collaborating on research and community service programs, the two schools can maximize their resources and expertise. The exchange of ideas and best practices can also lead to innovations and breakthroughs in the field of pharmacy and other related areas.
The face-to-face ceremonial MOU signing is set to take place in February 2023. This event will mark the official start of the partnership between MCU-CPh and NU-Manila, and it will be attended by officials from both institutions.
